Message from the Managing Director

 

Our profession is greatly reliant on manpower. For several years, the main objective of our Human Resources Division has been to provide sufficient manpower to support the strong development of our company.

 

We maintain a young and dynamic staff with little or no experience. Currently the most popular method of starting a career within the organisation. For them, as well as for our other employees, we have developed a training policy, which promotes opportunities for advancement. Initially, a practical orientation period in one of our branches is essential in order to familiarise the trainee with all aspects of our activities.

Our future employees are encouraged to adopt our strong ethical values, which are: tolerance, equity, commitment, solidarity and expertise. Apart from these required qualities, it is necessary for the candidates to have good command of the English language.
